"Harry Potter e a Criança Amaldiçoada" é nomeado a 11 prêmios no Olivier Awards.


A peça "Harry Potter e a Criança Amaldiçoada" foi nomeada, em um recorde de 11 prêmios no Olivier Awards, a premiação de teatro mais prestigiosa no Reino Unido, este ano. Entre as categorias indicadas estão: Best New Play, Melhor Diretor (John Tiffany), Melhor Ator (Jamie Parker como Harry Potter), Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante (Noma Dumezweni como Hermione Granger) e Melhor Ator Coadjuvante (Anthony Boyle como Scorpius Malfoy). 

Além disso, o ator Sir Kenneth Branagh, que interpretou o Gilderoy Lockhart nos filmes da saga, receberá um prêmio especial nesta cerimônia, por sua excelente contribuição ao teatro britânico. Os prêmios Olivier 2017 será realizado no dia 9 de abril de 2017 no Royal Albert Hall de Londres.
